Most engagements begin with a 30-minute intro call. For everything else — partnership inquiries, speaking requests, press, or general questions — there's a form below.
No charge, no pitch deck, no follow-up sales sequence. We talk about what you need and whether an engagement is the right fit. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you who is.

We spend the first 10 minutes on what you need — the transactions involved, the documentation status, the timeline. The next 15 minutes is whether we can help and how. Last 5 minutes: next steps. No pitch deck, no theatrics.
No. If we're a fit, you'll receive a written scope and fixed fee within 48 hours of the call. If we're not, we'll often refer you to someone better-suited. We'd rather lose a prospect than do work we can't do well.
Smallest engagement we take: a single benchmarking study (~$4K). Largest we've delivered: a multi-jurisdiction documentation refresh for a $400M multinational over three months. We're transparent if a request is outside our practice's sweet spot.
Yes — most engagements involve at least two jurisdictions. We're particularly strong on U.S., U.K., E.U., and Canada. For jurisdictions where we're not the right fit (e.g., specific Indian or Brazilian local file requirements), we'll say so and connect you with someone local.
Often, yes. The Library is built so you can solve many TP problems without an engagement. If your situation is template-able, we'll tell you on the call — even though it costs us a sale.
Two to six weeks for documentation engagements. One to three weeks for benchmarking studies. Same-week response on controversy matters. Specific timelines are committed in the written scope before any work starts.
